DIET

For a guy whom his height 171cm but weight is 83kg, i surely a fat single young man. Gosh! me myself really get tense of it. Ya... watching all those couples outside there makes me really want to cry. Waaaaaaa!!!!... the weight is heavy enough and the number seems to be increasing. I dont have that big appetite thing but i always have this attitude of frequently eating. I take the food in small amount but after an hour or 2 I will take again. Arghhh!!!! I've got to control myself on this.

Few days ago, I watched Discovery Channel (1 of ASTRO Channel). This time it's about FAT! What? FAT? I said to myself. This is good. So, I watched it till end. The story is about a new diet (probably in Malaysia). A diet that we never want to use it. The doctor names Dr. Atkins have test himself this diet. He only eat fat such cheese, full cream milk and protein such as meat, fish and egg. From breakfast to lunch to dinner. Wow! me myself as a FAT person does not takes the fat as he is. And the result - he lost about 10kg within 1 month!

The best part of it, celebrities also use this diet. Cool! No wonder Jennifer Aniston look that damn slim. Do u remember Chandler in FRIENDS? He use to be slim, then fat then slim back. He takes the diet as Jennifer advised him.

Suddenly my favourite food - steak become a main in a diet. Means u have to take meat everyday. Example - Breakfast - eggs, sosej or meat, full cream milk. Lunch - Meat, mayonise or cheese. Dinner - meat, egg or fish or any protein n fat. No nasik (rice), bread, cereal, pasta, pizza, donuts, fruits and juices. After 2 weeks, then u can eat fruits but low sugar such as berries.

I gonna try this. Its been a long time I have this chubby face.

Geri hallewel aka Ginger spice girl pun took this diet... but to be on the safe side, pls cook those protein suppliments in proper way....

ctually my way to maintain slim ialah tido sampai tengah hari skip breakfast dan lunch.... semudah itu sebutanya...heheheheh!!!

being 171 and weight at 80+kg is suppose to be fine. Apparently you are tall.. so that wokg isnt suppose to be a big problem for you... i guess you just need to do some workout insted of doing that diet. you could convert that fat into buff body ^_^

What i can say to you is that there is no short way to dieting. More protien in your diet, cut down carbs (as carbs will store a lot of energy and if unused will turn ito fat) and exercise more. the way to go!
